Do you come to me?

Yes. Dixon Detailing is fully mobile — we bring everything we need directly to your home, office, or wherever your vehicle is parked. All we need is water access, a standard electrical outlet, and a safe spot to work.

What areas do you service?

We serve the Shoals area and surrounding locations in north Alabama. The first 15 miles of travel are free; locations between 20–35 miles incur a small travel fee, and 40+ miles are quoted custom. See the Contact page for full pricing.

How long does a detail take?

It depends on the package and the condition of the vehicle. As a rough guide: an Exterior Basic runs 60–90 minutes, a Full Standard runs 2–3 hours, and a Full Premium can take 3–5 hours. We give you an honest time estimate when you book.

How does the deposit work?

A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service — it’s not an extra charge.

What if it rains on my appointment?

If weather makes it unsafe to detail your vehicle (especially the exterior), we’ll reach out to reschedule for the next available time. Your deposit transfers automatically. Interior-only services can usually proceed if you have a covered space.

Can you get out pet hair / smoke smell / tough stains?

In most cases, yes. Pet Hair Removal, Odor Elimination, and Clay Bar Treatment are available as add-ons. For severe cases, send us photos through the Quote page so we can confirm what’s realistic before you book.

Do you offer monthly subscriptions?

Yes — Basic, Standard, and Premium monthly plans are available for customers who want to keep their vehicle looking new year-round. See the Services page for full details.

How do I get a custom quote?

Head to the Quote page and upload a few photos of your vehicle (interior + exterior). You can also text photos to 256-443-7040 or email them to kion@dixondetailling.com. We’ll send back a custom price.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and digital payments. Deposits are processed securely through our booking system.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule any appointment up to 24 hours in advance and your deposit transfers to the new date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit.
